Joe and my beginning weight isn’t anything notable, but it is above our target healthy zone and the numbers on the scale were only climbing. As far as weight loss goes, we try not to make it the focus of our healthy eating plan, but I have to admit it is, naturally, a very motivating factor.
We’ve gone back and forth about posting our actual weight, but decided the most interesting information is just how much weight has been lost, so we’ll only post that for now.

um, hello- it’s now July 19th! We need a weight update.
There’s no way you’re going to convince me to give up chocolate if it doesn’t translate into LBS!
I’m curious about the results of week two (and three, four, five, etc) more than anything else. Looking forward to a weigh-in update.
