Let’s call it a Plan for Health!

Let’s call it a Plan for Health!

I think mostly I’m just tired of being tired.

I want to have energy and vitality for so many reasons, mostly to be a better mother and a healthier, happier woman.

Some people are in it for weight-loss, others hope to improve ailments from which they suffer (arthritis, diabetes, allergies, deperession), while others simply want to live strong and long, healthy and vibrant.

Is this something you can relate to? I would love for you to join me, and the occasional smart and funny post from my husband Joe, as we try to make some major life-changing…changes? Yes. Instead of calling it a “diet” I’ll call it a Plan for Health. Or, more simply put, my Healthy Eating Plan. Or something along those lines…

THE BIG KICK-OFF DATE: Monday, June 28th 2010.

    The Religion of Eating Meat?

Actually, that particular passage of scripture makes me feel like the plant food is emphasized, therefore, I think you need to join us, Lincoln! Come over to the other side: HERBivore!

  • I wish I could do this with you guys but it’s against my religion.

“Every herb in the season thereof, and every fruit in the season thereof;…And it is pleasing unto me that they should not be used, only in times of winter, or of cold, or famine.” All the plants in our garden died and it is really hot in Florida.

I didn’t take that out of context did I?
