She is my oldest sister. She has always, always been very beautiful. Gorgeous, really. She’s the whole package. Inside, outside, intelligent, funny, compassionate. Everyone needs a sister like Robin. I feel this way about all my sisters. I hope my Roo gets to have at least one sister!
Anyway, I was very interested when she made this big change. It was a radical change to make, and it seemed to me like it would be really hard.
You can read about Robin’s account on her very funny, witty, and motivating blog: http://leantowardthesun.blogspot.com
Reading all about the health benefits she has gained from this life change is really gratifying and motivating. I wanted to have that kind of energy! Only needing 6 hours of sleep? I do best with 9, and even still I feel sluggish in the afternoon. Fewer allergies? Sign me up! Glowing skin? Diminished eczema? Diminished PMS symptoms? The list goes on.
So that was the start, the thing that caught my attention. But there is an even my bigger motivation: it has to do with my health, and that I want to have more children, and this is no longer as easy for me as it once was.
