I am more likely to set myself up for success when I make a big change if I:
-Figure out what my motivations are
-Understand what realistic outcomes to expect
-Make it public
-Make it personal, even spiritual
I decided to try a nutritarian eating plan after reading my sister Robin’s blog for a few months. But the time that passed between my deciding that I wanted to do it and the time that I actually began was probably about 2.5 months. The reason was that I really had to work through the process of what this change would mean, what it entailed, and to prepare myself and find a time that I thought I could do it and be successful.
Look on the calendar and choose a date, preferably on a Monday, to begin your new life.
